APX ATHLETEBY RESET PERFORMANCE Mental Toughness Assessment
Athlete Mental Toughness Assessment

How mentally tough are you, really?

Your body trains every day. Your mental game? Almost never. This is a straight read on the inner game — confidence, focus, nerves, and how you come back from a mistake. No right answers. Just honest ones.

What you'll find out

Self-talk · confidence · performance anxiety · focus · identity & joy · recovery from mistakes · goals & motivation · sleep, fueling & screen time — then five short reflection prompts in your own words. At the end you'll see where your mental game is strong and where the pressure's winning.

Before you start. Answer honestly — nothing here gets shared with your parents, coach, teammates, or school without your say-so. Find a quiet spot, put your phone face down, and give it your real answers. That's the only way the read means anything.

Where the pressure is concentrated

A single high section matters more than the total. Anything 12 or higher is where we'll start.

Before our first session

You don't need to have any of this figured out before you walk in. You just have to be willing to be honest — with yourself, and with me. Almost every athlete I work with comes in thinking the problem is something they need to fix about themselves. Almost none of them are right.

The work isn't about fixing you. It's about giving you tools you've never been taught. There is no version of the next 90 days where the answer is to grind harder or want it more — you already do. The work is in the other direction: quieter, more skilled, more sustainable.
